Preparation Instructions

Cook: Microwave Break Noodle Cake Into Quarters. Cook in 1 ½ Cups (375ml) of Boiling Water in An 850w Microwave Oven On High for 3 Minutes. Caution: Bowl Will Be Very Hot, Please Take Care When Handling. Or Old School (Stove Top) Break Noodle Cake Into Quarters. Cook in 1 ½ Cups (375ml) of Boiling Water On Stove Top for 3 Minutes. Mix Flavour Sachet With Bowl of Noodles According To Taste and Give It A Good Stir. Eat, and Enjoy! Bun Bo Hue Prep Time: 5 Minutes Cook Time: 10 Minutes Serves: 4 2 Tsp Canola Oil 500g Blade Steak, Trimmed and Sliced Into Strips 2 Spring Onion, White and Greens Separated, Sliced Finely 2 Pkts Maggi Fusian Vietnamese Beef and Lemongrass Flavour Noodles 2½ Tsp Maggi Fish Sauce 2 Cups (160g) Red Cabbage, Sliced Finely 1¼ Cup (100g) Bean Sprouts 1 Lime, Cut Into Wedges 1. Add Oil To A Large Pot On High Heat and Fry Sliced Blade Steak for 5 Minutes Or Until Cooked Through, Then Add the Whites of the Spring Onions and Cook for Another Minute While Stirring. Add 750ml Boiling Water To the Pot and Bring To the Boil. 2.Set Aside Flavour Sachets and Add Maggi Fusian Vietnamese Beef and Lemongrass Flavour Noodles To the Pot. Cook for 2 Minutes and Then Remove from Heat and Add Flavour Sachets. 3. Add Fish Sauce and Serve Into 4 Separate Bowls. Serve With Red Cabbage, Bean Sprouts, Spring Onion Greens, and Lime Wedges.
