Ingredients

Cake Mix (68%): Wheat Flour, Sugar, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Modified Corn Starch (1422), Emulsifiers (Propylene Glycol Esters Of Fatty Acids, Mono And Diglycerides Of Fatty Acids, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate), Salt, Vegetable Oil, Vanilla Flavour, Thickeners ( Xanthan Gum, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose). Frosting (32%): Sugar; Vegetable Oil, Water, Invert Sugar Syrup, Emulsifiers (Mono And Diglycerides Of Fatty Acids, Polysorbate 60, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate), Salt, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Mineral Salt (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate), Vanilla Flavor, Colour (Carotene), Food Acid (Citric Acid).

Preparation Instructions

All you need is: 2 extra large eggs 60g melted butter 1/2 cup (125mL) milk Prep time: 15 mins Baking time: 14-18 mins Baking pan: 1 (12 cup) cupcake pan, lined with cupcake ideas. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Line a 12-hole (1/3 cup capacity) cupcake pan with cupcake cases. 3 simple steps! 1. Beat cupcake mix, eggs, milk and butter in a medium bowl with electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, then on medium speed for 2 minutes (do not eat batter as it contains raw egg). Divide the batter evenly between the cupcake cases. 2. Bake for 14-18 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched in centre. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan. Gently remove cupcakes from pan and cool on a wire rack. 3. Swirl vanilla frosting on top of cupcakes.
