What is SKYR? Skyr is a thick, creamy yogurt that has its origins in Icelandic cuisine. Skyr is made from skim milk that has been strained to remove whey, resulting in a thick and protein-rich yogurt with a smooth and creamy consistency.

We only use fresh milk sourced from Australian farms where the cows are free to roam in the Australian sun in their natural environment
Ingredients
