Option 1 – Personalised Car Service

Park in one of our Drakes click & collect carparks – The entrance is off Aeolian Way near the Drakes back dock
Call 8288 5000 and quote your order/invoice number and the type of vehicle you are in
One of our friendly team members will bring your groceries out to your vehicle
Take your groceries home to enjoy.

*You will be required to present your Photographic ID to our friendly team member when they bring out your shopping

Option 2

Go to the Service Desk at the front of the store.
Present your order number and your Photographic ID to our friendly team member.
The credit card used for payment must be shown and match the Photographic ID when collecting the order.
Take your groceries home to enjoy.

*If someone else is collecting your order please leave a note with their name so we can check their identification
